BENOÎT FOREST

Director of Operations & Data at VINCI Airports
Graduating with a DUT in Marketing and Management from the University of Angers, complemented by specialized training in Management Control at CNAM, Benoît Forest began his career in 2004 at Worldwide Flight Services, then a subsidiary of the VINCI Group. There, he held roles in management control and operational sizing analysis for ground handling operations at Orly and Roissy airports.

In 2009, he joined VINCI Autoroutes, where he successively held positions as Financial Manager overseeing both operational and IT scopes. In 2015, he transitioned to VINCI Airports within the financial department, supervising the performance of several international airports.

In 2019, Benoît Forest was appointed Project Manager for Operations & Data, before becoming Head of Data in 2022.

Since January 2025, he has served as Director of Operations & Data at VINCI Airports. In this capacity, he leads strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing the operational performance of the network and accelerating the group’s transition to a data-driven organization leveraging innovative technologies. In September 2025, he joined the VINCI Airports Executive Committee.
