Chief Financial Officer of VINCI Airports
Jérôme Havard, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of VINCI Airports, has nearly 20 years of expertise in asset management, corporate finance, structured financing, and infrastructure management.

He began his career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in public sector advisory, project financing, as well as infrastructure and energy projects. After a decade of experience at Deloitte and Mazars in auditing and consulting roles, Jérôme Havard joined VINCI Concessions in 2016 as a Project Director within the Structured Financing Department.

In 2021, he was appointed Managing Director of SMTPC and SPS, two subsidiary companies of VINCI Concessions responsible for operating the Prado tunnels in Marseille. In 2025, he assumed his current role as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of VINCI Airports.

Jérôme Havard holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Grenoble École de Management (France) and an MBA from Stellenbosch University (South Africa).
