Nicolas Notebaert serves as Chief Executive Officer of Concessions at VINCI, and President of VINCI Airports, VINCI Autoroutes and VINCI Stadium.
Nicolas Notebaert joined the VINCI group in 2002 as head of the Cofiroute operations department and joined VINCI Concessions in 2004 as director of business development in France. In February 2008, he was appointed President of VINCI Airports. Under his leadership, VINCI Airports became the world's leading private operator, with more than 70 airports in 14 countries. In June 2016, he was appointed CEO of VINCI Concessions and a member of the VINCI Executive Committee. In particular, he accelerated the development of VINCI's highways concessions internationally.
In November 2024, he became CEO of Concessions at VINCI, which includes VINCI Airports, VINCI Autoroutes, VINCI Highways, VINCI Railways and VINCI Stadium. In this role, he oversees a network of mobility and stadium infrastructures covering 24 countries, including more than 70 airports and 30 road infrastructures and rail projects, including the High Speed Line South Europe Atlantique between Tours and Bordeaux.
Prior to joining the VINCI Group, he held various positions in the French Ministry of Public Works and served as a cabinet member of the French Minister for Transportation and Infrastructure. He started his career in 1994 as a consultant to the World Bank. Nicolas Notebaert is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (X 89) and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Ponts 94).
As President of VINCI Airports, Nicolas Notebaert holds leadership positions in prominent projects throughout the world: board member of London Gatwick, Aeroportos de Portugal (ANA) and Kansai Airports (Japan), Chairman of the Board of Cambodia Airports.
