• In 2021, Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airport will be the first in France to make biofuels available to airlines.
• In 2022, Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne Airport received the world’s first 100% electric de-icer for aircraft. Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne Airport is certified ACA (Airport Carbon Accreditation) level 3 by the ACI (Airports Council International), the only international program for reducing greenhouse gas emissions specific to airports. This confirms the airport’s long-term commitment to decarbonizing its activities and its ongoing efforts to involve all of the airport’s stakeholders.
