FRÉDÉRIQUE BARTHÉLEMY
Director of Communications at VINCI Airports
Frédérique Barthélemy has been Director of Communications at VINCI Airports since October 2025.
She began her career at the European Parliament, working with several French Members of the European Parliament, before joining Anthenor Public Affairs as a Public Affairs Consultant.
In 2011, she moved to Direct Energie, where she established the Public Affairs department and later served as Director of Communications and Institutional Relations. Following the company’s acquisition by TotalEnergies, she was appointed Vice President, Communication and Public Affairs for the Power & Gas Europe business unit, and subsequently became Investor Relations Manager, focusing on ESG matters.
In 2023, she joined the French geothermal energy specialist Arverne as Director of Impact and Engagement, where she developed and led the company’s Communications, Institutional Relations, and CSR strategy, notably in preparation for its IPO.
Frédérique Barthélemy holds a dual degree in European Politics from Pôle Léonard de Vinci and South Bank University, as well as a degree in International Economics from Université Paris-Dauphine and Goethe Universität Frankfurt.
